Permitted use and playbook restrictions
You represent that you operate a business and will use the service only for lawful revenue resolution. Disputes and dunning are available for transactional dispute responses and payment retry communications. The AR playbook is exclusively for business-to-business commercial debts. If you enable AR, you represent that every AR receivable is commercial rather than consumer debt, you possess a valid business tax identifier, you have verified each obligor is a business, and you have the legal right to contact it. You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or harassing activity. Breach may result in immediate termination and liability for resulting fees, damages, and costs.
Audit
The audit provides an application-gated review of connected Stripe history. Stripe Connect may grant read/write capability, but RevRez does not take any write action before separate activation. A restricted read-only key is available as an alternative audit connection. The $99 audit payment is applied as decision credits. An audit is an informational estimate, not a promise that any amount is eligible or will be recovered.
Evidence sources and mappings
You may provide records or files from systems you control or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the lawful collection, accuracy, and rights associated with that data. AI may propose mappings, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving a mapping before relying on its extracted facts. RevRez may preserve source copies, hashes, mapping versions, assertions, conflicts, packet versions, and related provenance to provide the service and audit trail.
Your first-party authorization
When you enable resolution, you appoint RevRez as your limited first-party AI agent to analyze records and take actions you approve in your name as the original creditor, including merchant-branded email and authorized Stripe actions. You confirm the records and submitted evidence are accurate, the amounts are owed, you are the original creditor or authorized assignee, and you have the right to contact each obligor. We act as your agent and software provider; we do not buy debt, take assignment of debt, or provide third-party consumer debt recovery services.
Reviews and automated actions
You select the review and automation policy for your account and remain responsible for its use. Merchant review is available without a separate review fee. A queued review does not authorize itself. Even when a policy permits automation, evidence, model, legal, customer-reply, and deadline safeguards may pause a case for human attention. You must promptly review approvals and replies and tell us about disputes, settlements, credits, refunds, or payments that affect a matter.
Service fees
Fees are $0.50 per dunning decision, $1.00 per dispute analysis and response, and $0.75 per enabled AR decision. No recovery percentage applies, and audit credits apply toward usage. The optional RevRez Unlimited plan costs $499 per month and replaces per-decision charges, plus $25 for each item completed by a RevRez reviewer; it requires onboarding. Included volume is subject to fair use, and sustained volume materially beyond normal business use may move to a custom plan on notice. Stripe, dispute, messaging, tax, and other third-party charges are separate. Accrued fees remain due after disconnection or termination.
Email-only communications
Dunning and optional AR communications are sent by email only; SMS and phone contact are not offered. Dispute evidence is submitted to Stripe rather than emailed to the customer. You are responsible for the accuracy of email addresses and for compliance with CAN-SPAM, applicable state laws, and rules governing your business communications.
Merchant identity and reply-to enforcement
Automated emails use your business name in the display name, sender address, and message body. Reply-To uses the address you set so responses go directly to you. The message identifies RevRez as your automation provider and your business as responsible for the communication.
Records and service limits
You authorize us to keep source, mapping, decision, authorization, review, communication, packet, submission, receipt, action, and outcome records for service delivery, billing, disputes, and compliance. Automated recommendations may be wrong; no legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice is provided, and outcomes are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for applicable laws and for reviewing exported records before relying on them outside the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevRez from claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of the AR business-to-business representation, submission of consumer debts or matters you lack authority to pursue, inaccurate information or evidence you provide or approve, or violation of law in connection with your use of the service.
Suspension, liability, and changes
Either party may end future use; we may suspend unsafe, unlawful, or unpaid use. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, indirect and consequential damages are excluded, and our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior six months. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Contact legal@revrez.com.
