Service Terms

Effective and last updated: July 23, 2026

Permitted use and playbook restrictions

You represent that you operate a business and will use the service only for lawful revenue resolution. Disputes and dunning are available to all merchants for transactional dispute responses and payment retry communications. The AR (accounts receivable) playbook is exclusively for business-to-business commercial debts. If you enable AR, you represent and warrant that (a) all AR receivables are debts incurred by other businesses for business or commercial purposes, not consumer debts, (b) you possess a valid business EIN or tax identification number, (c) you have verified each AR obligor is a business entity, and (d) you have the legal right to contact each business obligor. You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or harassing activity. Breach of the AR representation is grounds for immediate termination and may result in liability for all fees, damages, and costs incurred.

Audit

The audit provides an application-gated review of connected Stripe history. Stripe Connect may grant read/write capability, but RevRez does not take any write action before separate activation. A restricted read-only key is available as an alternative audit connection. Payment is due when ordered and is applied as credits toward AI compute and dispute reasoning services. An audit is an informational estimate, not a promise that any amount is eligible or will be recovered.

Your first-party authorization

When you enable recovery, you appoint RevRez as your limited first-party AI agent to analyze records and take the actions you approve in your name as the original creditor, including merchant-branded email communications and authorized Stripe actions. You confirm the underlying records are accurate, the amounts are owed, you are the original creditor or authorized assignee, and you have the legal right to contact each obligor. For AR targets, you additionally confirm the obligor is a business entity. We act exclusively as your agent and software provider. We do not buy debt, take assignment of debts, or provide regulated third-party consumer debt recovery services.

Service fees

Fees are charged at fixed credit rates: $0.10 per dunning decision, $1.00 per dispute analysis and response, and $0.25 per enabled AR decision. No recurring base fee or recovery percentage applies. Audit credits apply toward usage. Stripe, dispute, messaging, tax, and other third-party charges are separate. Accrued fees remain due after disconnection or termination.

Email-only communications

All recovery communications are sent via email only. SMS and telephone contact are not offered. Disputes and dunning emails are transactional communications from the merchant. Optional AR emails are merchant communications. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of email addresses and that email communications comply with CAN-SPAM, applicable state laws, and any industry-specific regulations governing your business communications.

Merchant name and reply-to enforcement

All automated emails are sent from the RevRez sending domain with your business name in the display name, sender address, and message body. Reply-To uses a merchant-domain address matched against your Stripe business profile so responses go directly to you. The message identifies RevRez as your automation provider and names your business as responsible for the communication.

Approvals and account duties

You control access and may revoke it. You must promptly review approvals and replies, maintain accurate contact and payment information, protect your account, and tell us about disputes, settlements, credits, refunds, or payments that affect a matter. Written-off items are never contacted without item-level approval.

Records and service limits

You authorize us to keep decision, authorization, communication, action, and outcome records for service delivery, billing, disputes, and compliance. Automated recommendations may be wrong; no legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice is provided, and outcomes are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing your AR and payment communications.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevRez from any claims, damages, or costs arising from (a) your breach of the AR business-to-business representation, (b) your submission of consumer debts to the AR playbook or debts you lack authority to pursue, (c) inaccurate information you provide, or (d) your violation of any law or regulation in connection with your use of the service.

Suspension, liability, and changes

Either party may end future use; we may suspend unsafe, unlawful, or unpaid use. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, indirect and consequential damages are excluded, and our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior six months. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Contact legal@revrez.com.
