How it works

From source record to provable action.

RevRez separates what the source said, what AI suggested, what your policy authorized, and what was actually submitted.

The resolution process

Read first. Authorize second. Prove everything.

1

Audit

Connect Stripe without turning on execution

RevRez maps historical failed payments and actionable disputes behind a separate audit-only application gate. Connecting the account does not authorize email, retries, or evidence submission.

2

Capture

Add records from the rest of your stack

Import bounded CSV or JSON exports from support, ecommerce, CRM, product, billing, or file-based systems. RevRez captures the original record or artifact and its content hash before interpreting it.

3

Map

Approve what each source field means

AI can propose a field mapping. A merchant approves or rejects it, then versioned code replays the approved mapping so the same input produces the same assertions.

4

Correlate

Build a versioned evidence packet

RevRez links records to the Stripe case, preserves source pointers and conflicts, and produces a packet with field-level provenance plus a clear gap report.

5

Decide

Draft from supported facts only

The decision layer evaluates the packet and can draft a concise response with assertion citations. Unsupported identifiers, dates, or amounts are rejected, and uncertain cases fail closed to review.

6

Act + prove

Apply your policy and record the exact result

RevRez verifies the packet hash, submits the authorized version once, stores the request and Stripe receipt, and appends the outcome. The complete audit record is exportable as JSON.

One control model, different actions

Disputes and dunning share accountability—not execution.

Disputes

Evidence goes to Stripe

The packet, gap report, review decision, exact submission, processor receipt, and final outcome stay connected in one case history.

Dunning

Transactional email goes to the customer

RevRez chooses a retry or email step inside your activation and review policy. Replies route to you and halt automated follow-up. No phone or SMS.

Human control

Choose where people enter the loop.

Merchant review is free and the default. Require it for every case, introduce thresholds, or permit safe cases to proceed automatically. Review items never approve themselves, and system safeguards can always route a case back to a person.

01

Always review

A person authorizes every external action.

02

Review by risk

Your thresholds decide which cases need attention.

03

Safe automation

Eligible work can proceed; exceptions still stop.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about RevRez.

The short version of evidence, automation, review, security, and pricing.

What is RevRez?

RevRez is revenue-resolution software for Stripe merchants. It audits failed payments and disputes, recommends or takes merchant-authorized actions, and keeps a source-backed record of every decision, review, submission, and outcome.

How does RevRez automate Stripe disputes?

RevRez correlates the Stripe dispute with source records, turns approved facts into a versioned evidence packet, identifies gaps or conflicts, and drafts a response using only supported assertions. Your review policy determines whether a person must approve the packet before RevRez submits that exact version to Stripe.

Can RevRez use evidence from support, ecommerce, CRM, or product systems?

Yes. Today, merchants can import JSON and bounded CSV exports from support, ecommerce, CRM, product, billing, and file-based systems. RevRez also captures Stripe evidence natively, and its source layer is designed so additional adapters can use the same mapping, provenance, and audit model.

Does RevRez let AI invent dispute evidence?

No. AI can propose a field mapping and draft a narrative, but approved mappings are replayed deterministically and every usable assertion keeps a pointer to its source. Unsupported high-risk details such as amounts, dates, and identifiers are rejected rather than added to a response.

What is included in the dispute audit trail?

The audit trail includes source-record and artifact hashes, approved mapping versions, assertion provenance, conflicts and missing evidence, packet versions, review decisions, the exact submitted packet, processor receipts, and later dispute outcomes. Merchants can export the record as JSON.

Does RevRez submit disputes automatically?

Only when the merchant enables a policy that permits automatic submission. You can require review for every dispute, review only above selected risk thresholds, or allow safe cases to proceed; legal, model, evidence, and deadline safeguards can still stop a case for human review.

Can I review every action myself?

Yes. Merchant review is the default and is free on every plan. A review request never approves itself, and customer replies stop automated email follow-up so your team can take over.

Can RevRez review disputes for me?

RevRez human review is available with RevRez Unlimited and costs $25 for each completed review. You are charged only when a reviewer actually completes the item; reviewing your own queue remains free.

How much does RevRez cost?

The initial resolution audit costs $99 and includes $99 in decision credits. Pay-as-you-go usage is $0.50 per dunning decision, $1 per dispute analysis and response, and $0.75 per optional AR decision; RevRez Unlimited is $499 per month and replaces per-decision charges.

Does RevRez contact customers by phone or text?

No. Dunning and optional AR communications are email-only and use the merchant's identity and reply-to address. Dispute responses are submitted to Stripe as evidence, not sent to the customer as email.

What happens when evidence sources conflict?

RevRez preserves the conflicting values and their source pointers instead of silently choosing one. The packet shows the conflict or gap, and cases that do not satisfy the merchant's safeguards are routed to human review.

Does RevRez replace Stripe fees or guarantee a recovery?

No. Stripe processor and dispute fees remain separate, and no dispute or failed-payment recovery is guaranteed. RevRez provides analysis, controlled execution, and an auditable record so merchants can act consistently and on time.
